Generate Electricity from Sea Water and other ideas

I have a theory that by using the FERREL cells (as in Hadley and Ferrel) to absorb moisture from massive man made lakes, and utilizing natural depressions such as Lake Ayre in Australia and Death Valley in the USA, plus many other similar geological events, the precipitated water would be carried to the POLAR Cells (north and south) and deposited On To the poles.
These lakes can be natural depressions OR above sea level natural dam features.
Lake Ayre "may" explain why the South Pole is not melting as fast as the north pole??? What do u think ?
The Problem
The problem is that this global warming is a Giant JUNKET for many scientists who forget to inform the public that the world has been heating up for the last 18,000 years.
NO ONE is offering any viable or possible solutions
EVERYONE seems to be milking this to the MAX like the team currently in the North Pole surveying how thick the ice is (an event which must be repeated repeatedly BTW) at great ongoing expense to be sure. (and will achieve diddley squat in real time)
Everyone winges that using lake ayre etc will result in massive salt deposits (these deposits can and are being mined around the world)
The water used to fill (never filled) these lakes could also be used to make electricity if they were enclosed enough.

3.1 Narrow the width of the desert areas on earth and thereby increase rainfall and productively viable land area.
In this website I show you 2 (1 and 2) ways of using the water from the oceans to build hundreds of kilometres of clean hydro-electricity turbines in over 20 countries and create enough electricity to completely feed most of the power requirements for those countries, including Australia.
FACT
During the last Great Ice Age, as little as 18,000 years ago, our oceans were 130 meters lower than todays current level. (look it up here) This means that the water levels will not be receeding any time soon and some of the Hydro-Electrical facilities mentioned below may be used for thousands of years to come.
On earth, there are many Major Depressions both above and below sea level, which could be harnessed, using sea water, to create some of the longest linking Hydro Electricity generators in the world.
Most of the land which is below sea level, is located in areas with extremely dry/desert type climates.
These dry climates offer very little rain and very high evaporation. This excess of evaporation prevents these depressions from filling with water.
Option One
Dig at least 1 x 3m wide x 3m deep man made channel from the ocean to these catchments or depressions and place specialised Hydro-Electricity turbine units every 5 metres along both sides of this man made channels Into these catchments or depressions.
Most of these "dual system" Hydro Electrical channels would be at least several hundred kilometres long. (58 miles = 100 Kilometres) which would give you at least 20,000 clean electricity producing turbines per 100 kilometres which would not only generate enough electricity to feed most of your own state or country's needs, but in many cases, the excess electricity could be exported as a lucrative by-product.
Not to mention the thousands of Mega-Sized Aqua-Farms which could be set up to produce some of Earths fast fading natural resources, Fish, Prawns, etc. thereby giving the wild fish stock a chance to recover.
These "projects" could be co-funded by the following 3 groups;
(a) Private investors
(b) Energy companies
(c) Governments
This idea would ALSO absorb some of the worlds sea water to assist in offsetting rising ocean levels (for example: 5,000,000 square kilometres @ 10 metres average depth will be (how many???) Billion cubic metres less ocean water.) includes Desert Lakes concept which may not seem like much but when this is evaporating and being dumped on the polar caps every year, it soon adds up to a lot of water taken from the oceans.

Think of how much cheap and "coal free" electricity this will generate.
Many of these depressions are not excessive in size, however, even a channel which is 3 metres wide x 3 metres deep, spread of several hundred kilometres will generate massive amounts of electricity. Also, the depressions do not even need to be below sea level, they can be above sea level and the same principal can still apply, just in reverse.
This will accomplish several goals.
- Clean Hydro Electricity
- Create 1,000's of fish farms
- Dramatic reduction in usage of Coal and Fossil fuels
- Help partly reduce the rise of sea levels
- Create eco friendly Diverse mini-BioSpheres
- Create more than 3 million square kilometres of non-harvestable vegetation to assist in CO2 reduction (ie: using mangroves and such plants) [plans 1 &2]
- Create massive precipitation event horizons in many of the worlds deserts and their border regions.
